It affects people who illegally download music because now they know that they would get in really big trouble for it and they will have to pay a lot of money.

How does this case affect Apple and other distributors of legal digital content?

It affects them because people illegally download music instead of buying it off itunes and other legal music downloading sites.

Do you think that Liskula Cohen should be able to sue to learn the identity of the anonymous blogger who defamed her? Why?

Yes because the person should not be able to do what she did to that girl. It was not very nice and she has the right to know who did that to her and why they did it.

Do you think that Rosemary Port should be able to sue Google? Why?

Yes because they revealed her identity and they the supposed top keep the persons identity anonymous. They were not supposed to reveal who people are on the internet.

It affects me because this kind of thing could happen to anyone in the world at any time and anyplace.
